This saddle is just waiting to hit the ranch horse versatility pen, or even western dressage…or would be the perfect 4H all around saddle! This Hereford has such a nice look! 15″ seat, that fits true to that measurement, with a wider and deeper seat. Tooled in a very traditional, yet minimalistic Sheridan style sunflowers. The leather has darkened to a chocolatey color, with a brown suede seat. This one fits and measures surprisingly wide for the era, fitting like Full QH bars that measure 7″ with wide flare, fitting wide through the whole tree, fitting low and wide, and flatter through the bars. 25.5″ Single skirt with silver wrapped rear skirt, cantle, and pencil roll, this one brings together showy and classic so well. 3.5″ cantle, 3″ horn, very adjustable fenders that go shorter than you’d expect. Comes with its original metal stirrups, with matching Alpaca Silver on the stirrups and saddle. Aging like a fine wine, somehow prettier with age. This one is so classic, but still so unique. Well cared for, nice leather, and in well cared for used condition. Perfect for an everyday saddle, but nice enough for the local show or 4H show arena.
