Here’s a nice, affordable barrel saddle that balances budget and quality so darn well. From Rider’s Choice, while a more economy brand, is built nice and has clearly held up. Technically, this one is a 14″ seat, but has a very deep seat and enough padding to fit a bit smaller, closer to 13.5″. This one is youth friendly, but also one to accommodate an adult rider just fine with a wider thigh space at 10.5″. On what appears to be QH bars, measuring 6.75″ with quite a bit of flare. Decent amount of rock through the bars. Dropped and forward set rigging, very short and single skirt at just 22″. 3.5″ cantle, 3″ horn. Fenders have a ton of adjustment, with ample room for more holes if needed. Lightweight saddle, meaning your kiddo can actual lift this one and tack up their own horse! Rider’s Choice isn’t a high end brand, but is better than economy and makes a nice product. This one has nice leather, will fit a horse well, and stays within budget. Shows minor wear to the front of the horn from storage. In well cared for condition, showing use and age appropriate use. Some scuffs and scrapes, but nice leather and is just so affordable for a quality saddle like this!
