This is an incredible piece of history. We so wish we knew its story…just imagine the stories a piece like this could tell. Very much in the a Vaquero style, with some Spanish flare with tightly plaited kangaroo leather. This bridle is just waiting to finish off your bridle horse. The construction of this piece is outstanding, with thinner diameter and very finely plaited kangaroo leather. Adjustable in many places-on the cheeks with sliding buttons that cinch up the crown piece and at the bit ends. This set has the capability of going quite large, easily fitting a draft cross. The leather is very dark brown, with a reddish hued leather accenting the buttons and the brow. Pineapple bit ends. At the side, on the cheek pieces has accent pieces that slip between the adjustment buttons and can easily be removed if you’re going for a more refined look. This set is as pristine as we’ve seen, despite being a vintage piece of tack. While its been used, its been immaculately cared for and is butter soft. Short of a few scuffs, this set shows little to no use. Talk about an incredible headstall for your bridle horse. Use it or add to your collection. We love this one and know you will too.
