Here is one of Reinsman’s most popular bits, so popular in fact that it is sold out until at least the end of the year! 5″ with a sweet iron mouth with dog bone center, made from all sweet iron. The Rockin’ S (#233) bit offers stability, side pressure, and pole pressure without pinching. In excellent used condition, with just a bit of rust on the sweet iron. Per Reinsman:
This bit was designed to decrease the discomfort at the corners of the horse’s mouth and will not pinch. The extra 3″ rings at each end of the mouthpiece float independently to disperse pressure across the lip and cheeks making the horse more responsive to the rider’s cues. Attach the reins to the floating dee ring outside the cheek’s ring. The mouthpiece is large enough to allow the rider to pull on a horse without injuring the bars.
