This is a darn nice bit, clearly well made. Would consider this one to be on the higher end/nicer side of a production bit, but is not marked. Very, very short shank at just 4.75″. The mouthpiece is set on a small ring, so does have limited gag action. Copper wrapped mouth that is thicker in diameter and is a nice, slightly larger size at 5.25″. Shank has a fancy touch, with German silver leaves. Very good used condition, bit of rust on the shanks, typical of iron bits. Not terribly heavy, but has a nice balance and feel. Quite fancy looking! Nice using bit that is pretty enough for the show pen.
