This brand may not ring a bell, but rest assured its one of our favorites, just in a different ‘wrapping’. CTD Le Parcours is was a Stubben product, back when they had a bit of an identify crisis when they moved countries and wanted to ‘rebrand’ themselves for a short time. Sometimes considered the economy version of a Stubben, but made with all the same craftsmanship and quality. With the only difference is the leather quality, with CTD using a bit more of an economy type leather. This is an older one, this saddle is pristine! Frankly, we have a hard time saying it’s actually been used. The only sign of actual use is a couple lines on the billets where its clear a girth has been on it once or twice. This one is a generous fitting 17.5″, while still offering a deeper and wider seat with the same narrow twist you expect from a Stubben. Serialized like a Stubben, and per serial number this one has a 32cm gullet (Wide) however, measures 5″, however we feel this one fits on the wide side of Medium Wide. This is the perfect marriage between a Close Contact and All Purpose saddle, having a more forward flap than most AP saddles. 14.5″ flap, long and low profile knee block. The profile of this saddle is totally appropriate for breed shows. Shorter panel at 19.5″, comes with CTD saddle cover. The flap on this saddle has faux buffalo leather, which is textured to give it even more grip. This saddle is such a nice quality saddle that is literally pristine! At this price, you can’t go wrong.
