Fleece that isn’t terribly thick, two velcro tabs to secure your saddle, and has a velcro pouch for a riser insert. Comes with that insert. This one is in very good used condition, recently laundered. In size Full (20″ spine, 19.5″ drop) that is very lightly used. Great pad!
